Rechalex Construction, from its incorporation in 2012, has developed under the direction of Founders and Managing Director, Bronwell Tobias, to become a recognized company in the Road and Civils Construction, General Building and Asphalt field. The company is 100% Black owned, 51% Black women and 49% Black male owned.
The Company is registered with the CIDB and graded as the following: 6CE PE (Civils) 7SBPE (Specialised Road Rehabilitation) and 6GBPE (General building)
The Company was formed due to the demand for Quality and Experience within the Road, General Building and Asphalt (Tarring) Industries.
Our skills and experience in planning and executing works to the satisfaction of the client and to the highest quality standards are of key values to our company.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Our social responsibilities within the company include the following:
- Hiring of local labour within the vicinity of the projects.
- Transferring of skills to the local community.
- Community and personal growth to our fellow South Africans.

Our on-site staff include the following personnel:
- General Building – 1 General foreman / 8 semi-skilled labourers.
- Layer works, civils and asphalting (tarring) – 3 Paver operator / 6 Roller operators / 8 semi-skilled labourers, 3 Foreman, 12 local labourers, 1 Site Agent , 1 Contracts Manager
